I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Seattle, Washington. In my practice, I work with adult individuals and couples who are seeking support as they navigate the challenge of life’s transitions. My previous role as a birth and postpartum doula informs my personal passion for working with people of all backgrounds who are navigating the perinatal and postpartum periods, specifically.

It was my own transformational experience facing the discomfort of change while in long-term psychotherapy that led me to pursue an education in this field, and it is what brings me to private practice. My personal background and training allow me to bring sensitivity and understanding to my work with clients as they confront significant life stressors.

Clients who work with me seek a therapist who understands the unique pressures that they face in the pursuit of the life that they desire. They may be struggling to juggle multiple roles, adjust to the demands of parenthood or partnerhood, or heal from loss or trauma. I meet all of my clients with warmth, respect, and compassion for their individual identities and experiences. My collaborative style supports clients as they exercise the inherent strengths and resources that they bring to this work and build the confidence needed to make changes in relationship patterns or belief systems that no longer serve their needs.
