Individual Adults

Are you having difficulty coping with life changes? Are you struggling with overwhelming worry or sadness? Are you feeling stuck in frustrating relationship patterns or engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors? Individuals often come to work with me during challenging life transitions, seeking to process loss, shame, or anxiety and create new healthier patterns in their relationships with themselves and others.

Change is a hard and inevitable part of life. Sometimes it is something we choose, other times it happens to us. Working together we can foster a space of compassion and support for moving through the discomfort of change towards a more balanced and nourishing experience.

Couples

Are you seeking solutions for communication, intimacy, and overall satisfaction in your relationship? Couples often come to work with me to attend to dysfunctional relationship dynamics, life transitions such as marriage or divorce, navigating fertility difficulties or pregnancy loss, or working through issues of betrayal.

In my work with couples, I draw from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as utilizing self-regulation tools for more effective communication. Together we will attend to the relational patterns you are in that are causing disconnection in your relationship and work to develop healthy new attachment bonds.

Perinatal & Postpartum

Are you a new parent who feels something is not quite right? Has starting a family been different than you imagined? Has your new role and all the new feelings you’re experiencing left you feeling overwhelmed? The transition to parenthood can be mixed with intense emotion, including joy, fear, sadness, grief, excitement, and confusion. Many parents, both birth-giving and non-birth-giving, struggle with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression during pregnancy and beyond.

I work with women, men, genderfluid and non-binary individuals, and couples who are considering parenthood, are trying to conceive, are expecting, and who are parenting. Together we can address the complex emotional experiences of preconception, pregnancy, and parenthood and offer support for a more fulfilled experience.
