My Therapeutic Approach: Building Trust, Empowering Growth

Research shows that the success of therapy hinges significantly on the relationship between the therapist and client. Trust is the cornerstone of this relationship, and for therapy to be effective, you need to feel truly heard and understood. With this in mind, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental, and relational space where you can explore and unpack your experiences. Our initial sessions will be an opportunity for you to assess how I work and whether we’re a good fit. I will ask thoughtful questions and listen deeply to understand your life circumstances, strengths, and goals. This insight allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory. I also incorporate neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support the connection between mind, body, and spirit, helping you lead a richer, more meaningful life.

My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming, social justice-driven, and considers the diverse cultural, personal, and identity factors that shape each individual and couple.
